About Dr Keshav

Learn medicine from a practising A&E doctor trained at Imperial College London.

I teach medical students, foundation doctors, and independent prescribers (including pharmacists and physician associates) who want to deepen their clinical understanding and perform confidently in exams and real clinical settings.

Whether you are preparing for OSCEs, clinical exams, core medical science topics, or medical school applications, my teaching focuses on helping you think like a clinician, understand diagnosis and management clearly, and build genuine confidence in medicine.

I am a practising doctor working in Accident & Emergency and a graduate of Imperial College London, consistently ranked among the top medical schools globally. I completed my Foundation Programme at King’s College London and have also undertaken research at Johns Hopkins Hospital in the United States, with publications in journals including Nature and BJR Open.

Working on the front line of A&E means I use clinical reasoning, diagnosis and management skills every day. My teaching focuses not just on memorising information, but on helping students develop the mindset and approach of a confident clinician.

What a typical lesson looks like

My sessions are tailored to your level and goals, but a typical lesson may include:

• Breaking down complex medical concepts clearly
• Working through clinical cases to build diagnostic reasoning and management plans
• OSCE practice, including examination technique, communication skills and structured feedback
• Exam-focused teaching to prioritise high-yield topics
• Practical insights from working in a busy emergency department

For medical school applicants, sessions can include:

• Personal statement review and editing
• Mock interviews (including MMI-style stations)
• Guidance on how to stand out as an applicant

My aim is to make complex medical topics clear, logical and clinically relevant, while helping you develop the confidence needed for exams, clinical placements and future medical practice.
