Ranging from a beginner to intermediate/advanced level, the accompaniment will be done using personalized programs and seen with the student.
The scientific side of the discipline in question will be discussed and I will try to answer as many questions as possible.
As for the course format, there is the possibility of remote monitoring as well as on-site monitoring.
The most important: the warm-up will have a very important place with all the explanations behind it.

J'ai pu corrigé plusieurs erreurs que je faisais et dont je me rendais même pas compte.
La progression que j'ai fait grâce à ses coachings est juste phénoménal.
Figures (front, handstand, muscle up, etc), prise de masse, sèche, diet, ce que vous voulez, Killian s'y connait partout.

Je ne peux que recommander KillianKillian est patient et toujours une approche pédagogique bienveillante, je recommande foncer les yeux fermés !!!
Rencontré dans un parc de street workout, Killian m’a rapidement accompagné et coaché lors de nos séances communes. C’est une personne de confiance, patiente et très motivante.
