About Anagha
I am a practicing advocate since 2018. I am also a judiciary aspirant. I could clear Prelims, Mains and Interview for Maharashtra Judicial services examination.
I am practicing on civil as well as on criminal side. I have always found the studies of law intriguing, hence for me it is equally enthusiastic to teach the law to others.
It is necessary to have a strong foundation of law by having a clear understanding of basic concepts, since college days only. Hence, I would like to share my experience based knowledge with the knowledge seekers of law and with law students

Before proceeding with the class, first I would acknowledge the need and requirment of the student. Assessment tests of the basics will be necessary to understand the level of the student. Accordingly we will proceed in the class. It's fine even if you are not good in the basic assessment test. It will be just to understand from where we should start.
I can help you with following laws:
CPC, Specific Relief Act, Limitation Act, Transfer of Property Act, Indian Contract Act etc. CrPC, IPC, Evidence Act.
In respect of criminal laws, along with BNS, BNSS and BSA it is equally important to understand the old criminal laws simultaneously.
Method of teaching will involve theoretical as well as practical approach, understanding through examples and relevant case laws.
