About Lakesha
"You deserve to play music that actually sounds musical rather than just mechanically correct. My teaching stems from an Artist Diploma in Vocal Studies and 13 years spent training 378 students.
We focus on posture, hand position, scales, arpeggios, and pedaling technique. Jazz improvisation and pop styles offer a fun challenge. Helping students find their own voice through the keys is my favorite part of the job. It feels good."
