About Esmeralda
Master Yoga teacher at Satellite Academy, classes in meditation groups and people of the 3rd age, and private lessons one to one or in a group home. The results are improving their physical condition, greater focus on their daily activities, and weight loss. Since my adolescence I have practiced Yoga, and as an instructor got certification in 2014. I am Mechanical Engineer Administrator graduated from the UANL in 96. But my main reason why my bent for this ancient discipline is because it brings health for all, not matter what conditions you find yourself now, People always are in constant physical mental and spiritual evolution .... even teams foot most famous ball in the world practice this discipline to perfect their moves on the court!
