About Loris
I am a doctor in Sciences and Techniques of preventive and adapted motor activities, specialized in the development of muscular strength (strength conditioning), and with the aim of administering physical exercise based on the client's personal goals. Each exercise will be explained and illustrated, and the lesson has the purpose of growing the client, improving his lifestyle, and reducing the stress accumulated during the day.

The lesson aims to improve the client's psycho-physical well-being. My intervention is aimed at customers of all age groups and with the desire to see and feel better. A typical lesson begins with a pleasant warm-up, and then focuses on the central phase, tailored to the needs and objectives of each client. Finally, finish with a cool down.
