About Nathan
I have built several businesses in the past 3 years
.
As a result of all of that, I have learnt what works and what does not work.
It is not about changing your thinking, it is about changing your actions. Studies have shown that the way we move, and use our bodies have greater effect on our attitude and subsequently are results...
I am also currently running a business which is successful because of these principals which I have learnt.
I have written many blogs and articles on the subject and mentor several young people.
