About Nathan
I have built several businesses in the past 3 years
.
As a result of all of that, I have learnt what works and what does not work.
It is not about changing your thinking, it is about changing your actions. Studies have shown that the way we move, and use our bodies have greater effect on our attitude and subsequently are results...
I am also currently running a business which is successful because of these principals which I have learnt.
I have written many blogs and articles on the subject and mentor several young people.

Can teach you how to follow a schedule throughout the day to become more focused on your goals and to produce better results.
You cannot change your life in one day, but you can change your actions and habits, which over the long term can change your results and your life.
It is not about making right decisions, it is about making decisions right.
I can teach you about body language, posture, how to train your voice, eye contact, state control, charisma, style and other things which all effect your well being (proven through Harvard studies and others)
I can teach you morning, afternoon and evening routines to do which will change many aspects of your life, for the better.
