About Karina
My name is Karina and I work as an European Portuguese teacher with different schools and also as a private tutor.
I have helped a great number of people go from "I want to learn Portuguese" to "I can now converse in Portuguese" - and having fun while learning this new skill!
I have taught people of different ages, and I am very adaptable to everyone's specific learning preferences.

As a highly skilled professional with many years of experience, my greatest strengths lie in the very strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage audiences. I am able to empathize and communicate effectively and efficiently. Also, I am a specialist in adult learning!
I have my own material which was created and organized according to the real needs of real students, which is then complemented with official learning materials.
With that said, we will start by learning the basics, then go from there to build up confidence in comprehension, conversation and writing!
