About ANSAR
I am a Mechanical Engineer by profession, with a strong background in problem-solving, structured thinking, and discipline. Alongside my technical career, I have also worked extensively on overcoming personal challenges, including pornography addiction.
I want to teach because I believe many people silently struggle with this issue and lack proper guidance or support. My goal is to help individuals break free from this addiction and regain control over their time, focus, and mental clarity.
Through my coaching, I aim to combine practical engineering-style structured thinking with real-life experience to help people build lasting change and live a more fulfilled and disciplined life.

Hi, this is Ansar.
I am a Porn Addiction Recovery Coach with 10 years of personal experience overcoming and managing pornography addiction. I offer confidential online coaching sessions twice a week, focusing on accountability, trigger management, habit formation, self-discipline, and long-term recovery.
My approach is based on lived experience, practical strategies, and mentorship designed to help individuals regain control of their lives, develop healthier habits, and work towards lasting change.
