My Teaching Method: The "Communication-First" Approach
My philosophy is that language is a tool for connection, not just a subject to study. I use the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) method, which prioritizes:
Context over Conjugation: We learn grammar through real-life scenarios (ordering food, navigating a meeting) rather than memorizing dry tables.
The 80/20 Rule: I aim for you to speak 80% of the time. This builds "muscle memory" and reduces the "translation lag" in your brain.
Cognate Leveraging: Since you speak English, you already know thousands of Spanish words (like actor, hospital, or perfecto). We start by unlocking the vocabulary you already subconsciously own.
