About Alexandre
In my classes, I give the tools of musical creation and, in parallel, I teach to play the songs of the student's taste. In the content, we will see:
• Basic principles of music
• Reading of chords
• Reading of score
• Rhythmic and melodic solfeggio
• Music theory: from basic to advanced
• Principles of musical composition
• Piano repertoire
• Playing music by ear
My intention is to give you all the tools for performance, creation and, mainly, to have fun through music .

Composer, arranger and popular pianist, I have been teaching music to people of all ages since 2010. I have a degree in Composition & Music Theory from Jacksonville University, located in Jacksonville, Florida, - USA. I lived in Nashville, the birthplace of country music, for a year, where I worked with some of the most renowned American arrangers and musicians. I wrote soundtracks for short films, in addition to providing arrangements for both American and Brazilian artists. I am a popular pianist, specialised in Brazilian rhythms, with a foot in jazz.
