About Hicaro
I am a musician in training but with a great experience, be it acting as interpreter and accompanist, as giving classes. I teach for over 7 years and specialize in popular guitar. I have been taking the Popular Music course with an emphasis on guitar at Unicamp since 2017, and since then I have been able to gather a lot of knowledge about music theory, harmony, accompaniment (both 7-string and 6-string guitar), solo guitar and specific knowledge about Brazilian music.

My teaching method is fully adaptable to the student's goal. So I always propose that together we make the choice of what to study and how to study, always adapting to the student's time and dedication to the subjects. Learning music requires patience and dedication, so there is nothing better than setting your goals in order that the student can dedicate themselves as much as possible and still maintain their spirits. Learning music should be first of all pleasurable.
