About Addison
I am a student studying Human, Social, and Political Science at Girton College at the University of Cambridge. At A-level, I studied Geography, Politics, and Economics at Harris Westminster Sixth Form. I was lucky enough to study a two minute walk away from the Houses of Parliament. My interests include Chess, Football, and History books. A hobby of mine is door-knocking with the Labour Party. I also have a German Shepherd dog at home (I can't say he won't appear in the background of a lesson once or twice).

These lessons will be individually tailored for each student, with a previous discussion of what topic to focus on informing the lesson. The lesson style will differ to best suit the student's needs. My previous experience in teaching younger students (11-16) makes me able to explain concepts in a clear manner. Typical lessons will be one hour. I am happy to accommodate to your preference on this matter, though. Lessons available to any student aged 11-18. (Politics/Citizenship, Economics, and Geography).

Addison tutored our son when he was in year 7, covering a range of subjects from maths to geography and citizenship.
He built a great rapport with him and we saw our son progress academically as well as in confidence.
Addison kept us up-to-date on activities and progress, and he was always polite and punctual.
We'd definitely recommend him.Addison is a great tutor and exceptionally mature. He is really patient and encouraging. If you get stuck he'll explain it to you in different ways until you understand the concept properly.
Happy to recommend him to anyone on any subject he feels able to teach.View more recommendations
