About Anabella
I am currently a third year student reading Politics and International relations. Previously, I did a foundation degree in History at Oxford. Both subjects are heavily essay - based, which allowed me to develop writing skills (or at least enough to get firsts in my essays). During my time at uni I taught Spanish to other students through a society, so I am a very confident teacher.

Every person has different needs, so I tend to be quite flexible on how I approach each individual.
When teaching Spanish, I'd first do a standard lesson, assign an exercise to do during the class and spend some time with each student while they were completing the tasks.
When I was teaching essay writing techniques, I first tried to understand what were they writing about, what was their style, and what they wanted to improve. Depending on each person, I'd give them tasks to complete that would help them to write better - for example, change their approach to the reading material, or try different essay plans, etc.
