About Krislinda
I come from a classical and modern dance training (Lorna Wilkinson School of Dance). For passion I approached Pilates and since 2019 I teach Pilates Matwork and small tools, Barre, Reformer, Cadillac and Chair. I work as a freelance and collaborate with some Pilates studios.

Polestar Pilates Certified Teacher, an internationally recognized training school. My lessons can be Personal or Collective (max 6 people) and are targeted on the needs of my clients. Each lesson lasts 1 hour during which exercises are carried out to improve and strengthen the deep abdominals, posture, strength, muscle elasticity and coordination.

Ho fatto diverse lezioni di pilates con Krislinda, come principiante. Mi ha spiegato molto bene fin da subito ogni esercizio facendomi capire passo passo su quali muscoli avremmo lavorato. Sono riuscita a comprendere un po' quello che è il pilates e dopo ogni lezione ho avvertito un senso di benessere. Il mio punto debole è la flessibilità e lezione dopo lezione ho notato miglioramenti! Ho trovato il suo insegnamento molto chiaro e mi ha motivato a continuare! La consiglierei perché è un'insegnante molto competente!
