About Sarah
Passionate about human relations, I accompany individuals and professionals in their personal and relationship development. I use all the tools that I have learned to adapt to the needs of each, individually and in groups: In individual coaching my work base is based on - Marshall Rosenberg's nonviolent communication - Jacques Salome's ESPERE method to work on the relationship with oneself and the other. - visualization and waking hypnosis - symbolic acts that are brief therapy tools, for a quick result. In group, we work with bases of theater and Biodanza / dance-therapy to embody the notions directly in the body in the relation to the other.
