About Shayna
I’m a passionate Pilates instructor who believes that mindful movement has the power to transform how you feel in your body. My teaching style is calm, supportive, and detail-focused. I prioritize safe alignment, controlled movement, and building strength from the inside out. No matter your level, I create a welcoming environment where you can learn at your own pace and feel supported throughout your journey. I teach in English, and I adapt my communication style to suit your comfort, experience level, and learning needs.

I combine classical Pilates principles with modern functional movement to create sessions that are effective, safe, and deeply rewarding. You’ll learn to connect breath with movement, engage your core correctly, and build balanced strength throughout your entire body.
