About Ariana
After 13 years of experience in the music world, I admit that I still get nervous before a performance just like my students. My teaching is rooted in the music I grew up with including the bolero tradition of Agustín Lara and Consuelo Velázquez. I work with hobbyists and working professionals to bridge the gap between technical skill and emotional expression. I have taught 282 students the joys of the keys.
It is a deep, technical, and rewarding process. I focus on posture, hand position, and classical repertoire to ensure a solid foundation. Whether we work on ABRSM or Trinity exams, my goal is to make the music feel like an extension of your own breath. Do you have a piece that keeps you awake at night?

Many assume that playing piano is purely about moving fingers fast but I prefer to emphasize the silence between the notes. My lessons rely on 13 years of experience at the Berklee College of Music to guide hobbyists and exam candidates. We treat the instrument as a partner in conversation.
I guide you through sight reading and accompaniment skills with a steady pace. We ensure your posture supports your expression during complex passages. This attention to detail allows you to prepare for your grades with genuine confidence. You will reach your performance goals.
