About Macy
I am a piano tutor with 6 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance. I enjoy helping students turn their interest in music into confident playing through supportive and organized lessons.
My teaching approach combines clear instruction with creative exploration. I encourage students to progress at their own pace while building strong musical habits and confidence.
Outside teaching, I enjoy arranging piano compositions, performing with fellow musicians, and exploring keyboard music from different traditions. These experiences enrich every lesson with practical knowledge.

My piano lessons are designed to help students enjoy music while building strong technical foundations. We practice note reading, rhythm, scales, finger coordination, chord progressions, pedal control, sight reading, musical dynamics, and expressive performance using structured activities and engaging pieces. Every lesson supports steady progress and confidence.
As learners improve, we work on accompaniment, improvisation, duet playing, ear training, recital preparation, musical phrasing, interpretation, and effective practice habits. I provide encouraging feedback that helps students become independent musicians while developing creative performance skills.
My goal is to help students perform confidently while enjoying every stage of piano learning. Every lesson develops technique, musical understanding, and lifelong appreciation for piano.
