About Bruce
I am a piano tutor with 7 years of experience and a Master of Music in Piano Education. I enjoy helping students discover that music becomes more meaningful when learning is patient, enjoyable, and supported with clear guidance.
My teaching style focuses on building strong foundations while encouraging creativity and personal expression. Every learner receives lessons that match their pace, helping them improve comfortably and confidently.
Outside teaching, I enjoy accompanying instrumentalists, arranging piano pieces, and learning new performance techniques. These experiences allow me to bring creativity and practical knowledge into every lesson.

My piano lessons help students become comfortable at the keyboard through enjoyable and well-structured learning. We study note reading, rhythm, finger independence, scales, chords, dynamics, hand coordination, and musical expression using practical exercises that make learning both simple and rewarding. Every lesson encourages confidence and steady improvement.
As students become more skilled, we explore duet playing, improvisation, pedal control, accompaniment patterns, sight reading, and performance preparation. Personalized activities and regular feedback help learners strengthen both technical ability and creative confidence while enjoying every lesson.
My goal is to help students perform with confidence while developing strong musical understanding and expressive playing. Every class encourages curiosity, discipline, and a genuine appreciation for piano music.
