About Tayara
With 5 years of teaching and professional music experience, I am a committed Piano tutor who believes in learning through consistency and encouragement. I teach piano to students from school to college level and focus on making lessons clear and enjoyable.
A key milestone in my career was learning how to guide students step by step, from basic note reading to confident performance. This helped many learners progress without pressure and stay motivated.
In my lessons, students learn correct hand technique, rhythm, coordination, and music reading. I also focus on musical expression so students can play with confidence and feeling.
I believe piano education builds patience, concentration, and self-confidence. Many of my students improved their focus and discipline through regular practice.
My teaching approach is patient, organised, and student-focused. I encourage steady progress and celebrate every achievement. Teaching piano allows me to inspire students to believe in themselves.

I approach piano teaching with a holistic mindset, focusing on technical skill, creative expression, and real-life application. I emphasise communication to ensure students understand concepts clearly and can apply them in their practice and performances.
I adapt lessons to each student’s learning style, whether they are visual, auditory, or hands-on learners, making learning effective and enjoyable.
I incorporate real-life examples and case studies, such as learning songs students love, analysing classical compositions, and exploring music’s role in everyday life or media.
In addition to piano, I teach music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, ear training, improvisation, and performance skills, giving students a complete musical foundation.
My approach encourages curiosity, creativity, and confidence, helping students perform with poise, develop critical thinking in music, and cultivate a lifelong passion for playing piano.
