About María
My name is María Vinuesa and I am a Certified Physiotherapist and Yoga Teacher in Palencia. I graduated in Physiotherapy from the University of Alcalá de Henares in Madrid, and after several years of clinically practicing this profession I studied at the Gayatri Yoga School in Tenerife, obtaining the title of Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT) of 200 hours in Hatha and Vinyasa. The knowledge and experience that I have received both in the training and in the practice of Physiotherapy allow me to apply a more therapeutic vision when practicing Yoga. In this way, the classes are held safely and always adapted to the personal needs of each individual, regardless of their age, physical abilities or pathologies and injuries present at the time of giving the class.

I offer 2 types of Hatha Yoga classes - carried out with all the sanitary measures of protection, hygiene and distance against Covid-19 - according to your needs: - PERSONALIZED Hatha Yoga: individual and personalized classes - only Online mode at the moment - for those people with health problems, pathologies, recent or old injuries who seek to improve specific aspects of their state of health (physical, metabolic, digestive, mental) where normal classes are not adapted to their needs, from a therapeutic and safe point of view in practice, combining experience in Physiotherapy with the best of Hatha Yoga. Duration of the classes: 1h 15 min Options: 1 day / week or 2 days / week, to choose Monthly vouchers: trial month -40% discount; rest of months -20% discount. - GROUP Hatha Yoga: - Online or Face-to-face (local in the center of Palencia) for those who want to try or already have some experience in Yoga or other sport modalities, you have the option of varied Hatha Yoga classes (all levels) where you can explore your limits, improve your physical condition and work your body and mind globally. Duration of classes: 1h 15 min Options: 2 days / week (flexible) Unique monthly voucher (individual payment option per class in Online mode)
