About Iris
My teaching approach in Physics is systematic, clear, and focused on making difficult ideas easier to understand. I guide students step by step, breaking down macroscopic behaviours into smaller, simpler parts. Topics such as thermodynamics, heat transfer, states of matter, and gas laws are central in my lessons, as they explain how energy moves and interacts in the world around us. I enjoy bringing experiments and gadgets into learning because they make abstract ideas more real. Acting as both a gadget hacker and an experimentalist, I show students how theory connects with what they can see and test themselves. This sparks curiosity and makes the subject much more engaging. Consistent feedback is another key part of my method. It helps students track progress and see where they need to improve. I design lessons to match the pace and style of each learner, making sure no one is left behind. The goal is not just passing exams but developing strong problem-solving skills. Together, we will build a solid understanding of energy and matter, one concept at a time. With clarity, patience, and support, I help students grow confident in their abilities and excel in Physics.

I have over 9 years of teaching experience and hold a BA in Physics. My main focus is guiding students through condensed matter physics and materials science, two areas that reveal the hidden structure of our world.
