About Dr Zain
I am a UK-qualified Physics tutor with a PhD in Theoretical Plasma Physics and over 13 years of teaching experience. I specialise in KS3 Science, GCSE Physics, O-levels/IGCSE, A-levels/International A-levels, IB Physics, MDCAT-ECAT, and university-level Physics. I have in-depth knowledge of all major exam boards, with extensive experience teaching AQA, OCR, and Edexcel specifications. My teaching journey began in 2010 as a lecturer, followed by a role in the Higher Education Department in 2012, where I was promoted to Assistant Professor. During my PhD, I published four international research papers focused on Solar Wind observations in theoretical plasma physics. To align with the UK education system, I recently completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Physics with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) at Bishop Grosseteste University, Lincoln. My online lessons are interactive, personalised, and designed to simplify complex concepts through real-world examples—empowering students to achieve academic success and develop a deep understanding of Physics.
