About Saniya

Hello! I’m Saniya, a patient and results-oriented Physics teacher who also tutors Statistics, Logic, and General Science. My classroom and 1-to-1 experience has taught me one simple truth: students thrive when complex ideas are broken into clear, visual, and practical steps. My background & approach I’m formally trained in Computer Science and have guided learners from State Level Schools. In lessons, I combine intuitive explanations with structured problem-solving. You’ll see diagrams, real-life examples, and a clean method to tackle questions—so you don’t just memorize, you understand. What you can expect A short diagnostic in our first meeting and a personalized study plan. Concept-first teaching, followed by step-by-step practice and review. Neat summary notes, formula sheets, and weekly progress check-ins. Exam-smart strategies: time management, typical traps, and marking-scheme awareness. Bilingual support (English/Hindi) so you learn in the language you think in. Who I teach School students (Classes 8–12) for Physics, with supportive Statistics/Logic. College beginners needing Physics foundations or applied Statistics. Adult/returning learners seeking a clear, confidence-building refresher. Professional standards Punctual, prepared, and friendly—I value consistent effort and honest feedback. My goal is simple: steady, visible improvement and a growing love for problem-solving.

Hi, I’m Saniya—a Physics teacher who also tutors Statistics, Logic, and General Science. I turn tough ideas into clear, visual, and practical lessons so students gain confidence and score better.

My teaching techniques & methods

Concept-first, then problems: begin with intuition, analogies, and visuals; follow with step-by-step problem solving.

Feynman + Socratic: I ask the right questions and explain in simple language until you can “teach it back.”

Dual coding & diagrams: equations + sketches/graphs so concepts stick.

Spiral practice: graded exercises from basic to challenge level, with spaced recall and quick quizzes.

Error analysis: we review mistakes to build exam-proof understanding.

Real-life hooks: I connect Physics and Stats to everyday examples (projectiles, circuits, probability in games, averages from class tests, etc.).

How a typical class is structured

60 or 90 minutes

Warm-up (5–10 min): micro-recap or diagnostic question.

Micro-lesson (15–25 min): key idea with visuals and a worked example.

Guided practice (20–30 min): solve 3–5 problems together using a clear method.

Independent practice (10–20 min): you try similar questions; I give hints, not answers.

Mini-check (5–10 min): quick quiz or oral check to confirm mastery.

Summary & plan (3–5 min): concise notes, homework set, and next-class preview.

Weekly rhythm: a short quiz, doubt-clearing slot, and a simple progress tracker so you see improvement.

What makes me different

Clear notes & formula sheets tailored to your syllabus.

Exam-ready strategies: time management, common traps, and marking-scheme awareness.

Bilingual teaching (English/Hindi) for comfortable learning.

Personalised plans: I adapt pace and depth for board exams, university courses, or competitive prep.

Friendly accountability: small, achievable goals each class; progress you can feel.

Who my classes are for

School students (Classes 8–12): CBSE/State boards—Physics core + foundational Statistics/Logic.

College students: first-year Physics/Engineering Physics, basic Statistics for science streams.

Exam prep: board exams, practicals, internal tests, and quantitative reasoning sections.

Adult learners/returning students: fast refresher modules in Physics basics and Statistics for real-world use.

First meeting

A short diagnostic + study plan session to map your goals, current level, and a customised roadmap. Then we start building wins from the very first class.
