I am a recent graduate with a Master's degree in Physics, using my free time to offer help for students working towards their GCSEs and A-levels (Including KS3) .
Subjects:
GCSE: Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics Chemisty
A-level: Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics
Teaching Style:
As well as teaching relevant content depending on the course and exam board, I can also share my personal techniques for mastering exams. These include explaining the real world applications of difficult concepts, and coming up with tips to answer multiple exam questions with similar formats.
Lesson Structure:
My lessons follow a simple structure; Teaching and recapping content, then working through problems. The method of teaching varies but it will mainly involve going through a detailed example.
Rates (per hour):
- Free Trial session for all levels
- GCSE content = £10
- A-Level content = £10
- Exam Prep = £15
Rates Explained:
- 'Content' tutoring: Teaching the course alongside schoolwork. Helping with homework, doing practice work, solving problems.
- Exam Prep: Targeting exam success, working through past exam papers/questions, marking work, creating questions tailored to the student.
