About Olivia
Teaching has helped me understand that every student has a different way of learning science. I enjoy adapting my approach so learners can build understanding at a comfortable pace.
I hold a Master's Degree and have 9 years of experience teaching school and university students. Through my teaching journey, I have supported students with concept building, examination preparation, and improving their confidence in physics.

In my physics lessons, we spend time understanding the meaning behind formulas and concepts before moving into problem solving. I believe students learn better when they know why something works, not just how to use a formula.
Lessons cover motion, force analysis, momentum, energy, electricity, magnetism, optics, oscillations, thermodynamics, modern physics, and experimental concepts. Students work through examples, practise numerical questions, analyse mistakes, and explore different ways to solve problems.
Progress is supported through practice reviews, personalised feedback, and achievable learning milestones. My focus is to help students develop strong analytical skills and approach physics with greater confidence.
