About Zoe
My interest in physics started with wonder about the natural world, from the motion of objects to the mysteries of space and energy. I earned a B.Sc in Physics and an M.Sc in Astrophysics, combining rigorous theoretical study with hands-on experimentation and analysis. Over 10 years, I have guided students at all levels, helping them build analytical skills, develop conceptual understanding, and approach complex problems with confidence.
I teach with patience, clarity, and adaptability, using visual aids, step-by-step problem-solving, interactive demonstrations, and contextual examples to ensure comprehension. Many learners initially find abstract topics like electromagnetism, thermodynamics, or quantum theory intimidating, so I focus on gradual explanation, practical connections, and individualized guidance to build mastery and confidence. Lessons are designed to encourage independent reasoning, curiosity, and long-term retention.
Outside teaching, I engage in research, scientific reading, and experiment design, bringing contemporary insights into lessons. Witnessing students progress from uncertainty to confidence, gaining analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm for physics, is deeply rewarding. Intermediate learners explore electromagnetism, thermodynamic principles, oscillations, and problem-solving strategies, building analytical precision and mathematical reasoning. Advanced learners study quantum mechanics, special relativity, nuclear physics, and experimental interpretation, preparing for academic challenges, Olympiads, or research-oriented applications.
