I describe myself as adaptive, flexible teacher with the focus on right methods of learning. In my perspective many students lack critical thinking and creativity. I help them to develop in them these abilities. I ask them the right questions, and with the help of demonstration and group activities I try to create an environment such that they find the answers by their own. I do not really prefer one teaching method, or one way of interacting with the students in the classroom environment.
