About Ayesha
I am a results-driven and innovative individual who is passionate about setting realistic goals and achieving them efficiently and timely manner. I'm passionate about teaching and tutoring.I am working as a Physics Lecturer at College and have teaching experience at University level for 3.5 years. Also, I have experience in tutoring students right from schools to college-level along with one to one personal tutoring at homes. In addition to this, I worked as an exam superintendent and exam paper accessor. These experiences have made me understand to explore student's interest in their subjects and provide them with adequate supporting material to enhance their learning experiences.

My approach is to build a relationship based on trust with the student. I consider Teaching is an ART and my approach to grinds is totally dependent on the student who is in front of me. My final goal is student's satisfaction. I believe every human being is born with their own ability to absorb knowledge and their level of getting proficient at that knowledge. I am willing to build on whatever level of knowledge a student comes to me with.
