Contacte al profe Mike hace unos años por una conocida que lo recomiendo, había tenido otras asesorías pero hoy quiero resaltar la forma en la que trasmite la información, algo que lo diferencia es la paciencia sin dejar de ser exigente, va agregando cambios poco a poco, ya que aveces dan todo de golpe y es demasiada información al menos en mi caso que soy una persona ocupada.
Trabajamos aún actualmente para llegar al peso que quiero pero hasta el momento aún con obstáculos personales hemos logrado una gran reducción de peso.
