About Paul-Antoine
Holder of a STAPS License with Sports Training, I graduated from a Master's degree in Sport Performance Optimization (Bac + 5). I am a physical trainer at the Lyon Hockey Club (LHC Lions), and in collaboration with the French Ski Federation. The skills acquired during my training, added to my experiences in the field of sport, will allow me to best meet your expectations by achieving the objectives that we will be set. Dynamic, with a sense of relational, the goal is to motivate you without training becoming a constraint for you. I had the chance to speak with audiences of all ages, ranging from 4 to 60 years old. Whether it's for weight loss, strengthening, or pathology-specific workouts, I have experience in each of these areas. Since 4 years I am in the middle of the professional sport, allowing me to put in experience in the middle of the performance. In addition, through my studies, I acquired essential knowledge to develop your performance and achieve your sports goals by respecting the fundamentals. I am constantly looking to refine my methods according to the novelties in order to propose to you what is best for you.
