I am highly skilled and experienced with over 25 years experience as a professional, teaching and coaching in multiple disciplines from Physical Education and various sports.
I have taught online to individuals and to groups. with great results.

Highly experienced in getting students to access their inner strengths and resources for success. My skill is in using multiple styles and techniques to engage and enthuse my students so they have fun and learn efficiently.
I have a BA hons in Sports Science plus a PGCE in Physical Education. Also a qualified Alexander Technique teacher and mind set coach.
Can teach age range of 14 years upwards including adults.
