About Macarena
I speak Spanish—I’m from Argentina! I also speak English. My approach as an instructor is based on personalized guidance, tailored to each student's specific goals, skill level, and context. I offer in-person sessions in Miami, as well as online classes available to students worldwide. I employ progressive methods characterized by clear planning, continuous monitoring, and adjustments made in response to your progress. My classes are designed for individuals of all levels—from beginners to advanced athletes—who seek to comprehensively improve their performance, technique, and overall well-being. My services extend beyond just running; I also offer general physical conditioning, sport-specific training, and fitness consulting.
