I am a CrossFit Level 1 Coach, GPP (General Physical Preparation) Coach and Physical Education student.

I want to accompany you in your daily training, working on the basic pillars that will allow you to feel better, learn to control your body and overcome new challenges.
My group classes are fun and dynamic. I help you meet your goals in a comprehensive and healthy way. My teaching is characterized by pedagogy and patience when explaining, entertainment and the effectiveness of routines.

Llevo entrenando con Kiara más de 1 año y la verdad que da excelentes clases. Muy buena predisposición a la hora de enseñar. Hace que tu tiempo de entrenamiento se vuelva valioso y sobre que te sientas cómodo/a. Suele enfocarse en el progreso y siempre busca hacerte saber cuando estás mejorando, lo cual te anima a querer seguir aprendiendo.
Entreno con Kiara hace 3 años y no cambiaria de entrenador. Es la mejor siempre atenta, y atendiendo a mis molestias y lesiones encontraba la mejor manera para seguir entrenando.
La recomiendo 100%Porque es detallista, atenta,
comprometida, apasionada con lo que hace y eso contagia buena energía.
