About Mondher
I come from Tunisia, have 10 years of specialized police and military professional experience in the fight against terrorism and crime as well as in the security service (property and personal protection, protection of events). I have been a group leader for the past 5 years. I am very athletic, and as part of my training I learned boxing, shooting, self-defense, parachuting, rope technique, swimming and running. I would also like to highlight my very good foreign language skills, including Arabic, French and English. I've lived in Austria for 5 months, my German language skills are level A1.

I structure the lessons. We use individual training plans and concentrate on a winning mindset. I will help you learn the best technique for you, build muscle and reduce fat and use the right nutritional strategy. Together we can improve your fitness level, increase your basic fitness, reduce your weight, build muscles. I can also teach self defense / martial arts. Language: English, French, Arabic - fluent, German - A1 level. Individual lessons as well as training in groups are possible. The first physically active hour is of course free of charge, so that you can get to know each other carefree.
