We'll meet during your first free training session, where you'll apply the exercises that best suit your goals. We'll close your session with a series of assisted stretches to relax your entire body. We'll also answer any questions you may have about how you can improve your fitness through exercise and healthy habits in your daily life. I'll help you resolve any questions you may have about how to exercise safely and effectively, whether you're looking to do it at home, at the gym, or outdoors. The change in your life begins now. Details
I ask that my student give me at least 4 hours' notice so I can make up the class. If I don't give notice, the class will be considered as TAUGHT. If I don't attend the class and don't give at least 8 hours' notice, I will make up the class for my student and give them an EXTRA class as compensation.
