About Beatrice
I am a student at St Andrews studying Philosophy and Theological Studies. I took Philosophy PreU and achieved a Distinction Level Two (D2), which is the equivalent of an A*. I am relatively new to tutoring but have lots of philosophy notes and sample essays that will enable me to provide an excellent level of teaching. Moreover, I have tutored younger years throughout further education, which is an activity that has helped me understand the best methods of teaching.

My teaching method will be based on summary skills and essay writing. I believe that condensing your notes for instant recall of points and evidence will enable the formation of an eloquent answer with ease during exams. Whilst lesson structure does depend on the individual student, essay writing skills are needed for most art subjects and this is a skill that each lesson will be based around.
