About Sophie
Looking for a top-tier tutor in natural sciences, statistics, and coding? I've taught and mentored over 200 students in natural sciences, advanced biological techniques, data management, and coding in R. I have additional knowledge of SQL, Python and JavaScript. My PhD work focuses on the impact of climate change on small, cold-blooded organisms like ants, utilizing advanced lab techniques and statistical analyses. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working at prestigious institutions such as Cardiff University, Nature Metrics Ltd, the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute, and the University of Copenhagen. These experiences have honed my expertise in data management, statistical analysis, and ecological research. Additionally, I serve as a committee representative for the SEED Network of the British Ecological Society, promoting socioeconomic equality and diversity in the field of ecology.
