About Luca
Hi, I am Luca, a PhD in physics working as a PostDoc researcher in Classical stochastic and quantum nonlinear dynamics. I received my Master's degree in physical chemistry (majoring in material science), and subsequently obtained my PhD in optics and optoelectronics (with focus on optically levitated particles). I know that physics and maths can seem abstract and challenging, but when paired with a visual representation from everyday life, it is much more easy and much more fun.

I believe in learning through practice. A typical lesson will first include the theoretical background required to understand the basic concepts, that is the rigorous definitions. Secondly, we will apply those rules to different exercises, challenging your problem solving techniques. We then discuss the results and their meanings. All lessons will feature visual aid (graphs, numerical simulations, etc) to maximize the learning curve.

Ein Freund von mir hat mir Luca als „Superprof“ empfohlen, da ich Hilfe mit Physik brauchte. Luca hat mir sehr geholfen, mich für meine Physik-Prüfung vorzubereiten. Er erklärt ganz klar und verständlich und lässt dich genug Zeit um zu verstehen, wo deine Fehlern und Missverständnisse liegen. Was macht ihn sehr gut als Professor, meiner Meinung nach, ist seine Fähigkeit, immer ein Beispiel in die „reelle, alltägliche Welt“ zu finden, um dir zu helfen, die Physik zu verstehen. Ich bin mit ihm sehr zufrieden. Mit seiner Hilfe habe ich meine Prüfung sehr gut bestanden und kann ihm nur sehr sehr gut empfehlen!
