About Irene
I attained my Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Padua (2017), but my professional experience extends across various cities and countries.
Being originally from Turin, I completed my education there up to my M.A. in 2012. The following year, I had the opportunity to work in Malta for four months through the Leonardo project. During my Ph.D. (2014-2017), I spent 18 months at the University of Miami, where I later taught Ethics and Bioethics (2017/2018). In 2019, I lived in Bonn, working as a babysitter for the family of the American basketball player Josh Mayo. I then returned to Miami to work as a private tutor and teaching assistant. From 2020 to 2023, I lived in Rio de Janeiro, working remotely for the Polytechnic University of Milan. I am currently a research fellow at the University of Genoa and participate in conferences and events worldwide.
