About NJANI
Hi, I'm Lonwabo Njani, a qualified Sport Scientist, Lecturer, and Strength & Conditioning Coach with several years of experience in both academic and athletic development settings. I currently lecture in Sport Science, Coaching, and Personal Training at a tertiary level, and I’m also actively involved in athlete development and applied research. I'm passionate about helping students not only pass their modules but truly understand and apply what they learn, whether it's biomechanics, training program design, or coaching methodology. My approach to tutoring is structured, clear, and student-centered. I believe in simplifying complex concepts and linking theory to real-life scenarios to help you engage more confidently with the content. I’ve worked with students across different levels, from Higher Certificate and Diploma courses to university programs, and I always tailor lessons to your learning style and goals. As a qualified Sport Scientist, tertiary-level Lecturer, and experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach, I take a practical, student-focused approach to tutoring. My lessons are grounded in real-world application, helping students connect complex theory to performance and practice.
I specialize in Coaching Science, Strength & Conditioning, Sport and Exercise Science, Biomechanics, Training Program Design, and Personal Training modules. My teaching style is relaxed, interactive, and focused on building confidence while simplifying difficult concepts. Whether you're preparing for exams, catching up on assignments, or developing your understanding of key principles, my sessions are designed to meet your level and push you forward.
