Hi there! I’m a literature tutor specializing in English literature, with a strong academic background and a PhD in progress focused on contemporary narratives and political storytelling.

I build my lessons around clarity, structure, and close reading. My approach helps students move from ideas in a text to clear, well-argued essays. I combine guided textual analysis with practical writing support so students learn how to interpret literature and express their arguments effectively.
A typical lesson then moves into structured analysis and writing practice, where we work on essay planning, thesis development, and paragraph structure. I give clear, targeted feedback to help improve clarity, organization, and critical depth.
What I feel sets me apart is my emphasis on dialogue and adaptation: I build each session around the student’s thinking rather than a fixed template, so they learn how to approach texts independently and confidently.
My lessons are designed for high school, and/or undergraduate students who want to strengthen their essay writing, literary analysis, and overall confidence in English literature.
