About Cyril Antony Yesudass
I am a passionate Maths and Computer Science Teacher, dedicated to shaping young minds both within the traditional classroom setting and through innovative online platforms. In addition to my role in a school i.e Petit Seminaire Higher Secondary School - Pioneer Instruction in Pondicherry with 175 yrs of Excellency , I also run a coaching institute where I provide personalized guidance and support to students seeking to excel in their academic pursuits.
During the pandemic, I served as a guest lecturer for numerous schools across India, leveraging my expertise to ensure continuity in education during challenging times. Through over 5000 hours of online classes, I have had the privilege of reaching students from both CBSE and State Boards, preparing them rigorously for their public examinations.
My approach to teaching is characterized by an emphasis on intensive study and fostering deep understanding rather than rote memorization. I believe in empowering students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to excel academically and beyond. Whether through interactive lessons, personalized tutoring, or mentorship programs, my goal is to instill a love of learning and equip students with the tools they need to thrive in an increasingly competitive world.

In my teaching approach, I prioritize building a strong foundation of understanding for my students, particularly in mathematics. I firmly believe that a thorough comprehension of fundamental concepts is essential for tackling any problem effectively. Therefore, I focus on teaching math from the basics, ensuring that students grasp the underlying principles before moving on to more complex topics. By instilling this deep-rooted understanding, I empower my students to approach mathematical challenges with confidence and adaptability.
Similarly, in computer science, I provide hands-on training to students in languages like C++, Python, HTML, and PHP. Rather than simply teaching syntax and algorithms, I emphasize practical application and problem-solving. Through interactive exercises, coding projects, and real-world examples, I guide students in developing not only technical skills but also critical thinking and creativity.
My teaching methodology revolves around nurturing a curiosity-driven learning environment where students are encouraged to explore concepts independently and engage in active problem-solving. I aim to equip them with the tools and mindset necessary to tackle any challenge they may encounter, whether in mathematics, computer science, or beyond. By focusing on gaining root knowledge and fostering a holistic understanding of the subjects, I empower my students to become confident, adaptable learners capable of overcoming any obstacle.
