I am a certified yoga teacher with 500 hours of training completed in India, with experience teaching students of all levels and backgrounds. I specialize in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, integrating therapeutic techniques and breathwork to promote balance and healing. I combine traditional knowledge with a compassionate, structured approach tailored to individual needs. My priority is to create a safe, supportive space where you can grow physically and emotionally. Fluent in English, Italian, and Turkish, I teach with clarity, care, and full presence—whether in person or online.
