About Angelica
I feel that in sport there are an infinite number of things that interfere with it; nutrition, mentality, sport modality, etc. And although I have tried to specialize in a single branch I cannot help but get passionate about everything that is related and this has led me to study sports sponsorship, nutrition, personal training, high performance training, sports coaching, sports psychology, sporting events, among other things. And this has come together with my personal experience, with each soccer game played, with each final, with each medal obtained, with each training session at the gym and in my day to day carrying out a nutritional discipline, but uniting these two things I have realized that if only from the beginning I had had everything I know now, maybe I would already be the best athlete in the world, for this reason I want to share what I know to help other people grow, help them get to know themselves, to then be able to get to know the sport they practice and finally know the relationship they have and how to act in each moment to be their own coaches, not only sports coaches, but life coaches.

I am a sports and fitness trainer. I have experience and knowledge in the different training objectives related to performance improvement, body recomposition and sports. I sell personalized training, a brief study of the person is made, and the weekly training is planned based on each weekly objective. It is delivered in a pdf with illustrations and tips to achieve the objective.
Some examples of training: strength gain, muscle mass gain, weight loss, speed and agility improvement in soccer, weekly routine for youth soccer players, weekly routine for body recomposition, among others.
The routine is created based on the client's resources, whether for a gym, for the soccer field with/without equipment, or for home.
The approximate price per weekly routine is €6. A questionnaire is completed and a PDF is provided with the weekly routine and tips to achieve the established objective.

¡Angélica es increíble! Cuando visito Alicante, lo primero que hago es reservar una sesión de entrenamiento con Angélica antes de las competiciones. Estuvimos en Benidorm en abril con nuestro equipo de fútbol, FC Wittenbach U18 (Suiza), para nuestro campamento de entrenamiento. Desde Suiza reservamos las sesiones deportivas y de fitness con Angélica, ¡y fue una de las mejores decisiones que tomamos!
Hicimos cinco entrenamientos con ella – cuatro por la mañana temprano a las 6:30 en la playa y uno en césped artificial. Angélica fue realmente EXCELENTE – muy profesional, superbién preparada y siempre motivadora.
Se nota de inmediato que es una futbolista profesional: sus ejercicios fueron exigentes, variados y perfectamente organizados. Siempre fue puntual, muy amable y dio instrucciones claras y precisas durante todas las sesiones.
Todo nuestro equipo quedó encantado – su energía y pasión hicieron que cada entrenamiento fuera una gran experiencia.

Angélica está muy orientada a objetivos y es excelente en lo que hace. Ella te guía hacia la mejor versión de ti mismo y siempre lo hace con una sonrisa en su rostro. Ella tiene en cuenta lo que tu cuerpo necesita. Ella te vigila de cerca y te corrige inmediatamente si haces un ejercicio incorrectamente, para que no te lesiones.
