With more than five years of preparation and competing as a fighter, I've immersed in the world of martial arts, excelling as a Muay Thai, BJJ, and MMA competitor. My journey has been marked by dedication and triumphs, achieving various goals and clinching victories in prestigious tournaments.
Through disciplined training, I've honed skills in Muay Thai, mastering powerful strikes, clinch work, and Thai drills. In BJJ, my groundwork has become a formidable asset, showcasing expertise in submissions and grappling techniques. As an MMA competitor, I've seamlessly blended these disciplines, creating a versatile and effective fighting style.
My success reflects not only physical prowess but also strategic brilliance, solidifying my status as a respected and accomplished martial artist.

Combining calisthenics, Muay Thai drills, and boxing techniques in a well-rounded training program for kids and adults.
Start with bodyweight exercises like push-ups, squats, bars, plyo’s, bands and calisthenics tools to build strength and endurance while Integrating Muay Thai drills. Focusing on fundamentals like stance, knees, kicks, and clinch work.
To this method we will Incorporate boxing techniques such as footwork, striking proficiency ensuring age-appropriate intensity and emphasize proper form to enhance overall fitness goals and self-defense skills.
