About Nieve
Hello! I’m Nieve — a certified Shiatsu Massage Therapist, trained and certified in Germany, with a deep passion for holistic wellness and nervous system support.
Over the years, I’ve helped both children and adults find more balance, calm, and connection through Shiatsu therapy, combining traditional Eastern techniques with a modern understanding of stress, emotion, and the body-mind connection.
My approach is gentle and intuitive, focusing on helping you release tension, restore your natural energy flow, and feel more grounded in your daily life.
In addition to hands-on Shiatsu practice, I also offer coaching sessions and self-care guidance, empowering you with simple techniques to continue your healing process at home.
Whether you’re looking for stress relief, emotional balance, or deeper body awareness, I provide a safe and calming space where you can slow down, reconnect, and restore harmony within yourself.

Shiatsu coaching sessions are designed to help you reduce stress, release tension, support your nervous system, and develop simple self-care practices that you can integrate into your daily life.
Free Introductory Session (30 minutes)
Your complimentary introductory session is an opportunity for us to connect and explore whether Shiatsu coaching is the right fit for you. During this session, we will discuss your current challenges, goals, lifestyle, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about my approach.
Initial Shiatsu Coaching Session (45-60 minutes)
If you decide to continue, your first paid session includes a more in-depth assessment of your needs, patterns, and areas of concern. Together, we will explore practical Shiatsu-based techniques and personalized strategies to support your wellbeing.
Following the session, you will receive a customized self-care PDF containing simple Shiatsu routines, pressure points, and calming practices tailored to your specific needs. You will also receive 7 days of email support should you have any questions or need clarification regarding your self-care plan.
Ongoing Support
Follow-up sessions provide continued guidance, accountability, and personalized support as you progress. These sessions allow us to review what's working, address new challenges, refine your self-care practices, and build sustainable habits that support long-term balance and wellbeing.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, supported, and connected to your body through gentle, mindful self-care practices inspired by Shiatsu.
