About Jirah
I am a registered nurse with a Master’s in Public Health and a certified Pilates instructor. My passion is to make health, strength, and mobility sustainable and accessible to every body. I provide guidance on building strength, improving mobility, and cultivating movement habits that support your long-term well-being. With my background in healthcare and Pilates, I bring a blend of clinical knowledge and mindful movement to help you move better, feel stronger, and live with more ease.
