**About Me**
Hello! My name is **Subodh Rana**, and I am a qualified Yoga Teacher with a **Master's degree in Yogic Science** and a **Bachelor's degree in Yoga Science and Holistic Health**. I have **over 3–5 years of experience in practicing and teaching yoga**, helping students from diverse age groups and fitness backgrounds achieve their health and wellness goals.
I specialize in **Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, and Therapeutic Yoga**. My teaching style combines traditional yogic principles with modern, practical techniques to ensure that every student receives safe, effective, and personalized instruction.
Whether your goal is to improve flexibility, build strength, lose weight, reduce stress, enhance posture, increase energy levels, or manage specific health conditions through yoga, I design classes according to your individual needs and abilities.
